What is your favorite egg salad recipe? It’s Thursday and time for Make it easy crafts and Bowdabrablog to bring you another Dinner easy recipe post. Easter is over for most
people (Orthodox Easter is this coming weekend) and what do you do with all
those hard-boiled Easter eggs? You can
make them into deviled eggs, chop them up and add them to salads. Cobb salad anyone? You can eat them just like that with a little
salt and pepper. You can even pickle
them with beet juice, which turns them a lovely pink color. (It’s a popular bar food in the south) Or…you
can make egg salad.
Click on the link for this great Pickle eggs with beets recipe from A
Taste of home magazine.
I’ve been making this egg salad recipe after Easter for many
years. I got the recipe from my mom and
now you can have it too. Just click on
the printable recipe card and print it at 5 x 7 or 4 x 6 size.
Hope everyone had a happy holiday!
